What "Payout Window" Means in This Log
The window is measured from the moment you press the in-app Withdraw button to the moment the JazzCash inbound SMS lands on your phone. It does not include the time you spent staring at the in-app status spinner — only the wall-clock minutes from press to SMS.

What the Data Says (Beyond the Headline)
- Saturday is structurally slow. The Saturday median was over an hour, more than 3x Tuesday. If the withdrawal is not urgent, defer Saturday-night winnings to Sunday morning.
- Amount tier matters more than app brand. A Rs. 2,500 payout from any of these apps will land slower than a Rs. 800 payout from any of them. App brand only changes the slope of the line.
- Sweet spot is Tuesday or Wednesday, 8-10 PM PKT, withdrawal under Rs. 1,500. Six of our seven sub-25-minute settlements happened in this exact window.
- Late-night payouts have heavy long tails. The 3 worst-case outliers all landed between Saturday 22:00 and Sunday 02:00.
- Re-pressing Withdraw doubles the wait. Two of the slowest results came from players re-pressing the in-app button after 60 seconds of no SMS. The double-submit triggered a manual review at the publisher side.
How to Plan Your Withdrawal
If you can choose when to withdraw
- Tuesday or Wednesday, 8 PM to 10 PM PKT.
- Keep the request under Rs. 1,500 if possible — split a Rs. 2,500 win into two requests on different days for faster perceived speed.

FAQ
Why is my JazzCash payout window in this log not the same as the publisher quoted "instant"?
"Instant" usually refers to the publisher hand-off to the gateway, which is real-time. The actual JazzCash side then queues, batches, and validates inbound transfers, which is where the minutes come from. Treat publisher copy as a marketing best case; treat this page as a realistic working case.
Are these numbers the same on Easypaisa?
No. Easypaisa shows a slightly tighter median (often 18-22 minutes) but a worse long tail above Rs. 2,000. We will publish a parallel Easypaisa log once we hit 32 samples; until then, expect Easypaisa to be a bit faster for small amounts and worse for large amounts.
Does CNIC mismatch ever silently slow the payout?
Yes — and it is the single most common cause of multi-hour holds in our community channel. If the JazzCash account name has even one extra character compared to the in-game KYC, the gateway often holds the inbound for manual review.
What if I deposit and then immediately withdraw the same amount?
Most apps will block this for fraud reasons or hold it for 24 hours. Do not deposit-and-withdraw on the same JazzCash session unless you have logged at least one full game in between.
