Before You Press Withdraw - 60 Second Checklist
Most "stuck pending" headaches trace back to a detail that was wrong before the request was even submitted. Run through this list every time:
- CNIC name match: the name on your JazzCash or Easypaisa account must match the name typed into the app's KYC page, character for character.
- Mobile number format: Pakistani wallets expect
03XXXXXXXXX. Some apps auto-insert+92, which can confuse the gateway. - Wallet activity: a dormant JazzCash account auto-pauses inbound transfers; send yourself Rs. 10 from another wallet to wake it up first.
- Gaming-only wallet: keep gaming cashouts on a separate mobile number from your salary/bill wallet to keep the monthly transaction log clean.
Rolling Timing Log (April 2026, Approximate Medians)
These are community medians across roughly 400 self-reported withdrawals between Rs. 300 and Rs. 3,000. They are indicative — your personal experience may vary by day, amount, and gateway load.
- Ludo Vegas (JazzCash): 12 minutes off-peak, 48 minutes weekend evenings.
- Ludo Tiger (Easypaisa): 18 minutes, rarely above 75 minutes even on payday.
- Ludo Dragon (JazzCash): 22 minutes, can stretch to 2 hours in payday week.
- Teen Patti Vegas (Easypaisa): 30 minutes median, some same-minute lands.
- 3 Patti Pearl (JazzCash): 35 to 50 minutes most days; slower above Rs. 2,000.
- 3 Patti Bounty (Easypaisa): 40 minutes median, slower on Saturdays.
- Teen Patti Gold (JazzCash): 25 to 45 minutes; fastest of the Teen Patti group for small amounts.
- 3 Patti Facebook (Easypaisa): 60 to 90 minutes; spikes to 3 hours on public holidays.
Pending Request Triage
When a payout sits on "pending" longer than the median above, do these three things in order before opening support:
- Check the JazzCash / Easypaisa SMS inbox for a silent failure notice — some failures only surface via SMS, not inside the app.
- Open the wallet app, go to Transaction History, and see if the amount is listed as "received but on hold". If yes, your wallet has a KYC hold, not the game.
- Inside the game, take a screenshot of the pending transaction ID and timestamp, then open support. Always paste the transaction ID in the first message.
Gotchas We Keep Seeing
- Same number, different wallet brand: if your JazzCash number is also a minor Easypaisa account, some apps silently route to the wrong brand. Pick one and stick with it.
- Amount above wallet daily limit: JazzCash and Easypaisa both enforce daily incoming limits (usually Rs. 25,000). Large payouts get split into two.
- Withdrawing during KYC re-verification: if the wallet provider pings you for re-KYC, all inbound transfers pause until you complete it.
- Public holiday queue: Eid, Independence Day, and Ashura slow gateways 3 to 5x the normal window. Plan payouts accordingly.
Drill Down for Specific Scenarios
The medians above are useful as a planning baseline. For two scenarios that have their own variance pattern, we maintain dedicated drill-downs:

- Ludo Weekend Bracket Notes: bracket-night payouts run 30 to 90 percent slower than weekday cash tables. This page shows the per-app delta and the 8 PM-to-midnight queue stack.

Reality Check
No card or Ludo app is obligated to offer a specific payout speed. Treat any wallet withdrawal as an optional bonus feature of the service, not a contractual guarantee. If a particular title misses its median by more than 4x without explanation, it drops in our home-page ordering until timing stabilises.
