If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please close this page and do not use the index.

1. About This Agreement

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to your use of teenpattihomes.com (the "Site") and the indexed APK references it publishes. They form an agreement between you ("the visitor", "you") and the TeenPattiHomes community editorial team ("we", "us", "our"). The Terms describe what TeenPattiHomes is, what it is not, and what behaviour is expected of visitors who use the Site as a starting point for downloading third-party APKs.

The Terms are written in plain English. Where a section refers to a third-party party (a publisher, a payment partner, the Government of Pakistan), that party is named so you can verify the relevant context independently.

2. Aggregator Status & Third-Party Publisher Liability

This is the most important section in these Terms. TeenPattiHomes is an aggregator of third-party Pakistani APKs. It is not an operator and it is not a gambling platform. The legal consequences:

• Each APK referenced on this Site is operated by a third-party publisher. The publisher is fully responsible for: the game logic, random-number generation, account registration, deposit and withdrawal handling via JazzCash or Easypaisa, customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, KYC, and all in-app commercial behaviour.
• The "Download" button is a referral link. When you click it, the file is fetched from the publisher's own server, not from teenpattihomes.com. We do not host APK files.
• We do not take deposits, hold balances, or process withdrawals. All wallet transactions inside any indexed APK are between you and the relevant publisher. TeenPattiHomes never sees, stores, or transmits your JazzCash or Easypaisa credentials.
• Disputes about an indexed app go to the publisher. If a deposit fails to credit, a withdrawal is paused, an account is locked, or a tournament result is contested, contact the publisher of that app. The relevant publisher's contact channel is listed (where available) on the app's notes page on teenpattihomes.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, TeenPattiHomes is not liable for losses, balance disputes, withdrawal delays, account closures, KYC outcomes, or any other commercial outcome that arises from your use of any third-party APK referenced through this Site.

3. 18+ Age Requirement

Every APK indexed on TeenPattiHomes is a real-cash product restricted to players aged 18 years and over. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old when you click any "Download" button on this Site.

TeenPattiHomes itself does not register accounts and does not collect age data. The 18+ check is performed by each publisher when you register inside their app. Misrepresenting your age either to TeenPattiHomes or to a publisher is a violation of these Terms and of the publisher's own terms.

If you are under 18, please leave this Site and do not click any download link.

4. Visitor Conduct

You are welcome to read every page on TeenPattiHomes, click any "Download" link, contribute device-fit reports or wallet observations to the community via email, and quote our notes pages with attribution. The following behaviours violate these Terms:

• Scraping at high volume without identification. If you operate a bot or scraper, please respect the rate limits in our robots.txt and the Crawl-delay values for AhrefsBot, SemrushBot, and MJ12bot. Anonymous high-volume scraping that imposes load on our hosting may be blocked at the edge.
• Republishing notes pages in full as your own content. Short quotations with attribution to teenpattihomes.com are welcome. Wholesale republication of an APK notes page is not.
• Submitting fabricated device-fit reports or fabricated wallet observations. The community index depends on honest signal. Submissions found to be fabricated will be discarded and the submitter's email may be ignored on future submissions.
• Submitting reports designed to disparage a competitor publisher. If you are a publisher, please do not submit "negative" reports about competing APKs through community channels. We will recognise the pattern and discount the report.
• Attempting to insert paid-placement language into the index. The index is unsponsored. Offers of paid inclusion or paid ranking will be declined and may be published verbatim as part of our editorial transparency.

5. Indexing Rules & Removal Requests

An APK is added to the TeenPattiHomes index after passing the six-step methodology described on the About page, Section 8. Inclusion is at the editorial team's discretion and is not granted in exchange for payment.

An APK may be removed from the index without notice if:

• The publisher's website becomes unreachable for an extended period and no replacement URL is communicated.
• The APK fails the quarterly re-review (publisher URL broken, install no longer works on common Pakistani Android devices, or evidence of significant safety issues).
• Multiple consistent community reports describe substantial wallet handling concerns (unprocessed withdrawals beyond the publicly stated window, withheld balances, etc.).

Publisher removal request: a publisher who does not wish to be referenced on TeenPattiHomes can email [email protected] from a verifiable publisher address. We will remove the entry within a reasonable period (typically 7 working days). The "Download" button removal does not remove player-submitted device-fit notes if those notes are part of community history; those notes may be retained as historical reference with the publisher's name removed.

6. Intellectual Property

Original content on teenpattihomes.com - notes pages written by community editors, the indexing methodology, the editorial standards page, the Play Smart guide, the Wallet Payout notes, the Safe Install walk-through - is the copyright of TeenPattiHomes Player Community.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site - including (without limitation) APK names such as Ludo Vegas, Teen Patti Gold, 3 Patti Pearl; and payment partner names such as JazzCash and Easypaisa - belong to their respective owners. They appear on this Site for descriptive purposes only. Use of a publisher's name on the Site is not an endorsement by the publisher and is not a claim of partnership with the publisher.

You may quote short passages from teenpattihomes.com (a sentence or two) for non-commercial use with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale copying, republishing, or framing of TeenPattiHomes pages requires written permission.

7. Site Availability & Limitation of Liability

The TeenPattiHomes Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Site reachable and the index accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting provider downtime, DNS problems, CDN issues, mobile-network outages, and Android browser incompatibility may affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, TeenPattiHomes is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (lost time, lost profits, emotional distress).
• Losses caused by network or hosting downtime outside our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by your use of any third-party APK referenced via this Site (see Section 2).
• Losses caused by your reliance on any specific note, observation, or device-fit description on the Site that has since been superseded by an updated note.

Notes pages are provided as a best-effort community signal, not as professional financial, legal, or technical advice. Treat them as one input among many before downloading any APK.

8. PECA 2016 Alignment & Pakistan Law

TeenPattiHomes operates with awareness of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, which sets accuracy, non-deception, and protection-of-minors expectations for electronic services in Pakistan. PECA shapes our publishing practice in three ways:

• Accuracy and non-deception. We do not publish absolute marketing claims about indexed APKs (no "the best Ludo", no "guaranteed safest Teen Patti", no "#1 Pakistan"). We describe what each APK actually does.
• Protection of minors. We restate the 18+ rule on the home page footer and on this page, and we do not direct content at users under 18.
• Personal data handling on the Site itself is described in our Privacy Policy. The privacy practices of individual indexed APKs are the responsibility of the respective publisher.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved through editorial correspondence are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the indexing methodology, in third-party publisher behaviour patterns, in Pakistani law, or in operational practice. When we update the Terms we will:

• Update the "Effective" and "Page version" fields at the top of this page.
• Add a brief note in the next community update describing the change.
• Where the change is material, allow at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.

Continued use of teenpattihomes.com after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
