The four channels below cover editorial corrections, community submissions, publisher correspondence, and account-specific issues with an indexed APK (which we cannot resolve - you contact the publisher directly).

1. Editorial Corrections (Priority)
If you spot a factual error on any page on teenpattihomes.com - an outdated wallet limit, a broken publisher download link, a device-fit description that no longer matches the live app, an APK that has changed publisher - please email:

- The full URL of the page that contains the error (for example

- Where possible, the source of the corrected information (a publisher page, a screenshot, a community member who can confirm).
Editorial corrections are treated as priority. We aim to acknowledge correction reports within a working day and to publish the fix as soon as the editorial reviewer has confirmed the source.
2. Community Submissions - Device-Fit Reports & Wallet Observations
If you are a player and want to contribute device-fit reports, wallet payout observations, or new APK suggestions to the community index, please email:
Useful submissions usually include:
- Device-fit reports. Which APK you tested, on which device (Infinix Hot 12, Samsung A14, Redmi Note 12, etc.), with which Android version (13, 14, 15), and what the install / open behaviour was like.
- Wallet observations. Which APK, which wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa), the size band of the deposit / withdrawal (small / medium / large rather than exact PKR amount), and the observed window from request to credit.
- New APK suggestions. The publisher name, the publisher's official URL, and any prior community feedback you are aware of. New APKs are evaluated against the six-step methodology described on the About page, Section 8.
Community submissions are not published as standalone posts; they are aggregated into the relevant APK's notes page. Submitters are not personally credited (we publish under the community editorial byline) but every submission is read.
3. Publisher Correspondence & Removal Requests
If you are a publisher of an APK referenced on teenpattihomes.com and want to correspond with the editorial team, please email:
[email protected] from a verifiable publisher email address (an address on the publisher's own domain).
Common publisher requests we accept:
- Factual corrections to your APK's notes page - we update the page on the same standard as community-submitted corrections.
- Notification of a new download URL or a publisher rebrand - we update the index entry.
- Removal request - we remove the APK card and "Download" button within a reasonable period (typically 7 working days). See Terms of Use, Section 5 for the full removal process.
- Right of reply on a community-tracked concern - we add a brief publisher response to the relevant notes page.
What we will not accept from publishers:
- Offers of paid inclusion, paid placement, or paid favourable language. The index is unsponsored. Such offers may be published verbatim as part of editorial transparency.
- Requests to remove unfavourable language without a factual basis.
- Requests to suppress mention of a competing publisher.
4. Account Issues With an Indexed APK
Where the publisher's contact channel is known, it is listed on the relevant APK's notes page. Common publisher contact channels in this category include:
- In-app help / support section (look in the app's settings menu).
- Live chat link on the publisher's own website.
- Publisher email listed in the APK's "About" or "Contact" screen.
If the publisher's contact channel is not visible in the app and not on the publisher's website, that is itself useful community signal. Please send a community submission (Section 2) describing the missing contact channel - we will update the APK's notes page to reflect it.
5. What We Do Not Do by Email
To set expectations clearly, TeenPattiHomes does not provide the following over email:
- Account recovery for any indexed APK (contact the publisher).
- Withdrawal expediting for any indexed APK (contact the publisher).
- Personal play strategy advice or "which APK should I play" recommendations (the index is the recommendation; we do not direct individual players).
- Real-time customer chat (we are a small editorial team and reply during normal Pakistan business hours).
